RESTORE
Meeting curiosity with compassion.
Our Restore series creates the opportunity to go deeper through yearly workshops that encourage big questions around faith, whether you’re a long-time sojourner or have never considered yourself a Christian.
Led by Shari Feeser (Fuller Theological Seminary), these workshops are offered several times throughout the year and provide a gentle and intentional environment to restore or ignite one’s knowledge and awe of Christ through the study of Scripture, theological questions, and faith-inspired art.
Workshops take place in-person at ReMain, and are organized as a guided group study.

Parable of the Prodigal and His Brother
-
One of the most well-known parables told by Jesus, the Prodigal Son is a profound picture of God’s love for humanity. In this workshop, we’ll take a careful look at the Biblical text of this parable, comparing Scripture with Rembrandt’s painting of the event and how this work of art may offer a new or deeper understanding of this iconic story.
